Refund Policy on Events

As Mareeba Chamber of Commerce is a not for profit organisation that incurs expenses associated with events which must be paid in advance, please be advised that the following cancellation policy applies:

  • No refund of ticket price can be provided on any events if cancellation is notified after the RSVP date.
  • If cancellation is notified prior to the RSVP date, then a refund will be issued less a cancellation fee of $10.00 to cover administration costs.

If you have paid for an event and you cannot attend, you are welcome to send another person to take your place at the event.

If an event is cancelled by Mareeba Chamber of Commerce after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to you within fourteen (14) business days after the scheduled date of the event.

Membership Policy

Cancellation of membership is non-refundable.
